Q: How can I find no credit check rent to own houses in charleston, west virginia?

A: Everyone does a credit check..The best thing to do is find a renter that is not in Real Estate…a person that just rents homes on the side

Q: are there places out there to rent with no credit check?
my husband and i have poor credit do to loss of income and we lost everything in the process, home, truck, etc about a year ago.I want to know if anyone out there knows of anyone who would rent to us with such poor credit. We both have a income now but are credit is really terriable .

A: There are but they are hard to find as you probably know by now. I suggest you cruise around the neighborhoods you desire to live in and look for “FOR RENT” signs by private landlords, sometimes you can find one who doesn’t bother with credit checks. Don’t waste your time at complexes, they all run credit. You also might want to avoid the ones advertised in the news paper because you are trying to find the landlord who is cheap (because it costs money to run someones credit). Good Luck!

Q: is there a single family apartment I can rent with non credit check?
I am looking in Anaheim, California for a single story not a 2 story apartment with no credit check needed

A: Just about everywhere runs credit checks these days. Even with questionable credit they may just make you pay one months rent on top of a security deposit

Q: houses for rent with no credit check or for bad credit problems?
help! i need help finding a house or maybe an apartment that has a min of 3 bedrooms that will accept or work with people who have bad credit or do not do a credit check. Me and my husband just gained custody of his three children and we are all living in a 2 bedroom (plus im expecting one on the way) i live in indianapolis indiana if that helps! thanks so much!

A: Bad credit is one of the worst problems to have… however there exists a solution.

I will hereby talk from my personal experience.

I did debt consolidation a couple of years ago, however If I had to do it again I would pay to some minor details,
if someone wants to get out of debt today it is pretty easy with a debt consolidation plan, however it may get a bit tricky at times, I suggest you get as much information as possible online on this first,

a good place to start in my humble opinion is a straight to the point ebook with question and answer I found :

if it helps kindly remember me in your voting!.. cheers!

Q: A friend and I are about to rent our first apartment. Credit check?
I’m 18 and my friend is 20. Neither of us have rented before and I was just curious if they do a credit check? As far as I know I have no credit, I’ve never owned a credit card etc. And I’m pretty clueless on the credit thing as well and was just wondering how I can get good credit or if I even need it? Thanks!
PS. please no unhelpful answers about how my friend and I should not rent because of your previous experiences.

A: most places do a credit check. call the managers at the potential complexes that you are looking into. sometimes when it comes to renting, no credit is better than too much. they will see that you have no large credit card bills too. mostly, they will look at your job situation and income. if you have a checking and savings account that is a plus. if you feel the need to establish credit by getting a card or something, some of the easiest ones to get are gas cards. just make sure you pay off the balance every month. another easy card to get is wal-mart and target. do not fall for any scams that require a deposit to get a credit card. try to have some reliable references handy.

Q: Will we pass our credit check to rent an appartment?

we are also both 18 and have never rented before

A: Sure as long as you have the income, and she is making payments on her debt it should be fine.

Q: Paying first month rent before credit check?
Hi there:

A friend of mine just found an apartment listing on Craigslist. We went to check the place out (there were a few other people there at the same time). The place looks good, there is a current tenant and the landlord explained then rent details.

The place is available for June 1st. The landlord said there’s no rent application, just a first month lease deposit and a credit check required. Now- he said he requires the first month rent as a deposit (600$), THEN he will do a credit check, then the deposit will either be kept and he will collect the last month rent, or the deposit will be returned (depending on the credit check being good or bad).

This is the first apartment for either myself or my friend. It seems kind of weird, the guy seemed alright and the place itself seemed alright but is this a normal way of doing things? I mean, isn’t it a little shady to give some guy 600$ just to run a credit check?

Any landlords out there with advice on how to handle this? (We really like the apartment!)
*–I do know that Craigslist is full of Scammers which is why I’m not jumping in.

A: It is kind of weird. I would not pay him without a lease. The no application thing is weird too. At least verify that he owns the place.

Q: need to rent a home with 3 bedrooms 2 baths in the baltimore county area. 700 to 900 rent. no credit check.?
Trying to find a privite renter. Credit is not good at the time but will have know problem with the rent. Rent range is 700 to 1000 a month. Trying to move sometime early to mid december. Have 1 dog that is trained to go outside. It would be me ,my wife, son and dog. Can have first and second months rent on day of move in. Baltimore Arbutus area if possible. Thanks.

A: We just rented a house (in Ca) 3 bed, 2 bath for $1050.00. She said she didn’t care about the credit, she just wanted to make sure we made enough money to pay the rent. We had to give her pay stubs, pay the first months rent, and a deposit. The only thing is, she said ABSOLUTELY NO PETS, which is what most landlords say. Many do not allow pets. But in all honesty, since your credit is not the greatest, you’re better off picking up a local paper and going through an independent owner as opposed to a property management company.

On a side not, I noticed that you never pick a “best answer” for any of your questions. That’s not cool. People take the time to answer your questions, you need to take the time to pick a best answer.

Q: are there any apartments you can rent with no credit check in marietta, ga?

A: I am sure that there are. Many landlords do not have access to a potential tenants credit reports since they choose not to go to the expense of belonging to a credit reporting agency. They may ask you to fill out an application that includes credit references, but they won’t be able to get a real report. Most of the time, these landlords only own a couple of rental units.

Many older neighborhoods have duplexes and four family apartments scattered among the single family homes. Many of these units are not advertised in the newspaper classifieds for a variety of reasons. Drive around these neighborhoods and look for “For Rent” signs in the window. If the sign belongs to a real estate company or property management company, chances are good they will have access to credit reports. If it is the good old orange and black sign available almost anywhere, and if the phone number has been written in with a magic marker, you can almost bet the ranch that the landlord only owns a couple of units. The owner may even live in the same building, next door, or in the same neighborhood.

When you meet the landlord, put your best foot forward. They often trust their own judgement when it comes to choosing tenants. If they get the impression that you are stable and trustworthy, they will usually rent to you. While most of them will require that you sign some kind of rental agreement, a remarkable number of them like to rent their units on a month to month basis. This enables them to quickly pull the plug on a tenant it turns out they don’t like. If you pay your rent, take care of their property, and act responsibly; you shouldn’t have any problems.

Good luck with your search.

Q: I need a list of places that can possibly rent w/out a credit check in Murfreesboro, Tn?
I have a friend who is living in a duplex and pays $170 a week.. no credit check. My husband and I are trying to find someplace… that does the same, but isn’t that much. Anything would help, and please, no shelters.

A: Not many around so couldn’t tell you just ask around

Q: searching for an apartment, condo, or townhouse for rent (Charlotte, nc) with no credit check?
My friend is looking for an apartment, condo or townhouse in charlotte nc for rent, but has bad credit so he needs a place where they do not check credit. Any suggestions?

A: Almost every potential landlord will do a credit check. There are ways around that. You have to be up-front about it. Tell the potential landlord that you know you have bad credit, but you’ve taken X Y and Z steps to deal with it (such as finding a government-supported consumer credit counseling center and working with them). Also say you can give excellent references from past landlords / employers, exc. You might also consider saying it was due to a hospitalization. Since HIPPA laws prohibit releasing medical records, the landlord can’t check that, and will probably understand that medical bills are a huge cause of credit problems.

Lastly, you might be able to find someone to co-sign the lease. My parents did that for me when my husband and I moved into our first place, his credit was bad because of medical bills due to his epilepsy.

Q: Is there anyway to rent or purchase a home without a credit check?
Please no lectures on bad credit. I have an auto repo since my wife passed away and want to move closer to my family.

A: You can not buy without a credit check.

You can rent in most of the ghetto areas without a credit check.

Q: rent with no credit check?
Does every apartment/condo/towhouse management requires a credit check when you want to rent here in Las Vegas? My bk was just discharge and I need to rent. Would I find a place??

A: Every reputable place will want to run a credit check.
